This SATA converter by Delock enables you to connect a 2. 5? SATA HDD or SSD, without using an additional power supply. The converter can be connected to two free USB ports of your PC or notebook, whereas the USB 2. 0 connection can supply additional 5 V, if required. The USB 3. 0 male connector can be connected to a USB 3. 0 port, in order to achieve a higher data transfer rate of up to 5 Gb/s (SuperSpeed). Furthermore the USB 3. 0-A connector is compatible to its forerunners USB 2. 0 and USB 1. 1, so that you can connect the converter also to a USB 2. 0 or USB 1. 1 port.
